Local part only; a pasted address keeps just the part before the @. news.catchagent.aikeeps campaign complaints off the domain that delivers booking confirmations and login emails, but it is still warming up — ramp it on small sends before putting a blast through it. Replies to it are routed back to support@catchagent.ai.

Active/trialing subscribers onlyOn by default, so a blast only reaches paying and trialing users. Turn off to target lapsed, past-due, or expired users with an audience filter (win-back / dunning). Ignored when specific recipients are selected.
